Shipping times

All orders will be process between 2-3 working days, at our earliest availability and we aim to provide the shipping at the soonest.

We ship through rest of the world. At this time, we’re unable to ship to the United States. Recent tariff changes mean that the cost of our candles wouldn’t even cover the new import fees.

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience and hope this may change in the future.

Returns & exchanges

For scented candles:

Each candle is individually hand-poured, making every piece unique. Because of this, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The candle must be in its original jar and remain unlit.

  • Any candle that shows signs of use (burning, melting, or tampering) will not be eligible for a refund*.

  • Returned candles that cannot be resold will be recycled. If a candle is deemed unrecyclable, it will not be refunded.

If you are unsatisfied with your candle upon arrival, you may return it in the same condition it was sent. In this case, I will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund once the item has been received*.

✨ Please note: as each candle is handmade, small variations such as air bubbles, wax β€œfrosting,” or subtle shifts in texture may occur. These natural imperfections are part of the charm of hand-poured creations and do not affect the burn or the energy of the candle.

For charmed spell jars:

Spell jars are crafted with intention, aligned with the lunar cycles, and filled with carefully chosen ingredients. Because they are one-of-a-kind, perishable, and largely unrecyclable, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Each spell jar or charm is a unique creation, infused with purpose at the time of making. By purchasing, you acknowledge the personal and magical nature of these items. If you are ever unsure how to respectfully discard the contents of a spell jar, please reach out to us via email before doing so. We will gladly guide you through safe and proper methods of disposal.

Due to the legal laws, we hereby declared that all of the items are sold as a curio.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, you must contact me within 24 hours of placing the order. This does not include tarot consultation.

Tarot readings

In accordance with EU and French consumer law, I am legally required to state that my tarot readings are for entertainment and personal insight purposes only. No guarantee can be given for the accuracy or outcome of a reading. The responsibility for all life choices and decisions rests entirely with the querent.

I am not a qualified professional and do not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other licensed advice. If you require guidance in any of these areas, you should seek assistance from a certified professional.
